Eles foram pensados com clareza, respeito e transparência, para garantir que todo o processo ocorra da melhor forma possível para ambos.Ao solicitar qualquer encomenda, você automaticamente concorda com todos os pontos descritos aqui!-1. SOBRE OS SERVIÇOSEu trabalho com a criação de emotes personalizados e outros elementos visuais voltados principalmente para plataformas como Twitch, Discord e redes sociais. Todo o conteúdo é 100% digital, enviado via e-mail ou por um link privado no Google Drive, sem entrega física.Cada arte é feita com carinho, respeitando o estilo e as preferências do cliente. <3-2. COMO FUNCIONA A ENCOMENDAAssim que você me contata com suas ideias ou pedidos, seguimos as etapas abaixo:
1. Conversamos sobre o estilo, referências, quantidade e tudo o que for importante.
2. Para dar início ao projeto, é necessário realizar o pagamento antecipado.

3. Após o pagamento, eu começo a criação do rascunho.
4. Com o rascunho aprovado, sigo para a lineart, e depois para a pintura.
5. Ao finalizar, envio os arquivos redimensionados e organizados nos formatos necessários, prontos para uso.Tudo é enviado digitalmente, com qualidade e cuidado.-3. PRAZOSOs prazos de entrega variam de acordo com a fila de encomendas e a complexidade do pedido. Sempre vou informar uma estimativa realista no início, e manter você atualizado(a) durante o processo.Se houver qualquer atraso (por motivos pessoais, técnicos ou de saúde), você será avisado(a) com antecedência.-4. ALTERAÇÕES E ADIÇÕESDurante o processo, você pode solicitar ajustes em pontos específicos:
• Alterações durante o rascunho e a lineart são permitidas normalmente.
• Após a lineart ser aprovada, qualquer alteração significativa ou emote novo adicionado será cobrado à parte.
• Mudanças solicitadas após a arte estar finalizada (pintura entregue) também podem gerar custo extra, principalmente se forem mudanças de personagem, pose, expressão ou mais emotes.Pequenos ajustes de cor ou correções técnicas estão sempre abertos para conversa sem custos!-5. PAGAMENTOSOs pagamentos são feitos via Pix, transferência ou outros métodos combinados previamente.
• O projeto só é iniciado após o primeiro pagamento ser confirmado.
• Para encomendas com valor até R$120, o valor é pago integralmente antes do início.
• Para valores acima de R$120, é possível dividir o pagamento: metade no início, e a segunda metade após a pintura, antes do envio final.
• Em encomendas divididas, a entrega final dos arquivos acontece somente após o segundo pagamento.-6. CANCELAMENTOS E REEMBOLSOSEntendo que imprevistos acontecem. Por isso, os cancelamentos funcionam da seguinte forma:
• Se o cancelamento for feito antes da lineart, o reembolso é integral.
• Caso o cancelamento ocorra após o início da lineart, o valor reembolsado será parcial, proporcional ao estágio em que o projeto está.
• Se a arte já estiver finalizada e entregue, não há reembolso, já que o serviço foi completamente realizado.Cada caso pode ser conversado com cuidado!-7. DIREITOS DE USO E AUTORIA• Todos os emotes são criados de forma personalizada para você, com uso pessoal e digital permitido (Twitch, Discord, redes sociais etc.).
• Revender, redistribuir ou modificar a arte sem autorização NÃO é permitido.
• A artista (eu!) mantém os direitos autorais sobre os trabalhos, podendo usá-los em meu portfólio, redes sociais e material promocional.
• Se você quiser que o projeto não seja divulgado publicamente, é só me avisar no início da encomenda. Respeito total à sua privacidade e imagem!-8. PRIVACIDADETodas as informações que você compartilha comigo (nome, e-mail, nickname, etc.) são usadas exclusivamente para comunicação, criação e envio da arte. Nenhum dado será compartilhado com terceiros.Você pode, a qualquer momento, pedir que seus dados sejam apagados.-9. CONDUTAPrezo por um ambiente de trabalho leve, respeitoso e profissional. <3
Não aceito condutas agressivas, exigências desrespeitosas ou tentativas de manipulação. Situações assim resultam em cancelamento imediato do projeto, sem reembolso.-10. ATUALIZAÇÕESEsses termos podem passar por atualizações de tempos em tempos. Sempre que algo mudar, a nova versão será publicada aqui com a data revisada.-11. TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 07/09/2025Hi! I'm Yasmin, and before commissioning with me or checking my portfolio, it's important that you carefully read the terms below. They were designed with clarity, respect, and transparency in mind to ensure the entire process goes as smoothly as possible for us.By commissioning me or browsing this portfolio, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agree to these terms!-
1. ABOUT THE SERVICESI create custom emotes and other visual elements primarily for platforms like Twitch, Discord, and social media. All content is 100% digital, sent via email or a private link on Google Drive, no physical delivery.Each emote is made with care, respecting the client's style and preferences. <3-2. HOW THE ORDER WORKSOnce you contact me with your ideas or requests, we follow the steps below:
1. We discuss the style, references, quantity, and anything else that's important.
2. To begin the project, you'll need to make an advance payment.
(More information about payment in the 5th section)
3. After payment, I begin with the sketch.
4. Once the sketch is approved, I start the lineart, and then painting.
5. Once finished, I send the files resized and organized in the necessary formats, ready for use.Everything is sent digitally, with quality and care.-3. DEADLINESDelivery times vary depending on the order queue and the complexity of the order. I will always provide a realistic estimate upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.If there are any delays (due personal, technical, or health reasons), you will be updated right away.-4. CHANGES AND ADDITIONSDuring the process, you can request adjustments to specific points:
• Changes during the sketch and lineart are allowed as usual.
• After the lineart is approved, any significant changes or new emotes added will be charged separately.
• Changes requested after the artwork is finalized (painted) may also incur an additional cost, especially if they involve changes to the character, pose, expression, or more emotes.Minor color adjustments or technical corrections are always open for discussion free of charge!-5. PAYMENTSPayments are made via Paypal or bank transfer
• The project only begins after the first payment is confirmed.
• For orders at or under $ 20 USD, the full amount must be paid before I start.
• For amounts above $ 20 USD, payment can be split: half before starting, and the second half after painting, right before final delivery.
• For split orders, final delivery of files only occurs after the second payment.
• If you're paying in a currency other than Brazilian Real (BRL) or US Dollar (USD), I'll calculate the price based on the current exchange rate at the time of payment. I accept any currency as long as the equivalent value is met.-6. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSI understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. Here's how cancellations work:
• If you cancel the commission before the lineart stage, you'll receive a full refund.
• If you cancel after the lineart has started, the refund will be partial, based on how much of the work has already been completed.
• If the artwork is already finished and delivered, there is no refund, as the service has been fully completed.Each case should be discussed carefully!-7. USE AND COPYRIGHT RIGHTS• All emotes are custom-created for you, with personal and digital use permitted (Twitch, Discord, social media, etc.).
• Reselling, redistributing, or modifying the artwork without authorization is NOT permitted.
• The artist (me!) retains the copyright to the works created, and may use them in my portfolio, social media, and promotional posts.
• If you don't want the project to be shown publicly, just let me know at the start. I fully respect your privacy and image!-8. PRIVACYAll information you share with me (name, email, nickname, etc.) will only be used for communication, organization and delivering your files. No data will be shared with third parties.You may request for your information to be deleted at any time.-9. CONDUCTI'm committed to a safe, respectful, and professional work environment. <3
I do not accept aggressive behavior, disrespectful demands, or attempts at manipulation. Situations like these result in immediate cancellation of the project, with no refund.-10.
